• Optimization between intermediated / dis-intermediated sources of funding (all asset classes from equity to bank debt)
• Interest and forex rate risk management
• Debt restructuring

We also capitalize on our integrated expertise and industry specializations such as securitization, media & telecom finance, and asset backed finance.

Media & Telecom Finance Group, part of the leverage and Non Investment Grade Group, consists of an integrated network of specialist teams in London, Paris, New York and Hong-Kong that further have the ability to call on the local expertise of Société Générale regional bankers where necessary to best serve our clients.

The Group has a wide range of experience across Media & Telecom sub-sectors complimented by seamless access to other Société Générale teams including specialist teams dealing with Debt & Equity Capital Markets, M&A and Coverage for Media & Telecom. This complimentary approach allows us to access a wide range of debt and equity products including high yield, hedging, M&A, equity linked and equity derivatives.
