Société Générale Group has been active in Brazil since 1969, initially through a representative office, until the acquisition of a full banking subsidiary in 1981. Banco Société Générale Brasil SA, offers commercial and investment banking products to large Brazilian and multinational corporations and investors, financial institutions and local Government and administration.

The subsidiary is also active on local Capital Markets. Approximately 110 people work for Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in Brazil, all located in our office in the business center of São Paulo.
