Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking acted as Sole Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for a $37.5 million, 4 year, Senior Secured RBL Facility with a $7.5 million, 2.5 year term loan embedded for Axis Energy Partners. SG CIB also acted as sole hedge provider for certain commodity hedging transactions that were locked-in through 2012 and served as hedge provider for certain interest rates swaps that were locked in through 2010. Proceeds of the facility were used to help purchase outstanding stock of the company and recapitalize its balance sheet. This transaction represents the second such lead role SG CIB has performed for Axis Energy over the past 20 months.
